• PLEASE ARRIVE READY DREESED AND ON TIME !Not earlier then your time slot !There are back to back session during christmas mini shoot days and any late arrive will result in a short or missed session. If you arrive late and your session could not be completed there will be no refund and any rescheduling will be based on availability and is not guaranteed

• your session is 30 min ( 15 min on each set up in total )

• If they have any band-aids on the foot, thigh, etc., please remove them if not needed anymore.

• There are no shoes allowed in the studio due to Please bring clean shoes packed in the bag.

• Make sure your baby has napped and eaten before the shoot, older kids also need to be feed. Please bring a bottle for the baby & drinks for the kids.

• It is perfectly okay to bring bribes to the photoshoot. However please don't mention them until it's really necessary. The session is only 30 min, they don't really need a bribe.

• Please iron your clothes.

• Please avoid any self tanning products as they will stain babies clothes during the shoot and I am afraid fake tan lines and yellow skin will not be edited.

• If you wish to bring dog this must be consult during booking as not every breeds are accepted 

• These are back-to-back sessions and I cannot be held responsible for lack of time if the child/ren does not cooperate within your session time.

• No tattoos on the arms and legs of the kids, they are very hard to remove.

• If you child wears nail polish , please make sure it looks great or remove it. Please keep in mind that pink or rainbow coloured nail polish is not great for Christmas pictures.

• Make sure all the clothes look great together.

• Smaller girls - make sure they were something underneath the dresses and skirts, to hide the nappy and underwear.

• No ponytails! They look like no hair from some angles. Curled hair, pigtails or just open hair looks really nice for pictures.

Christmas  Kitchen -  we will start our session from here . This is Family set ups . Please arrive ready dressed to start your session !

The best outifys colours for  this set up would be Red, White , Navy or Brown . Christmas jumpers will look lovely as well 

 

 

Santa Mailbox - this set up is for Children only ! Children can wear jackets , hats . For girls nice vintage style coats . Colours can be red , navy , green

It would be great if parents dress siblings in similar colour theme, not necessarily identical outfits, but similar colours. You can find some ideas below .

Please note I will do everything I can to make your child/children smile but sometimes it's impossible, when they simply don't want to smile, I cannot be responsible for your baby not smiling.

To prepare your child for the session is good to show them some of my photos or even a movie which you can find on my Fb fanpage ,so they will know where they are going. Young children loves to sing or listen to the music so make sure which song they like the most. They will feel more relaxed during the session

Unfortunately there's no waiting area at the studio, so please wait in the car, until your scheduled time comes, I will call you in case if we are free earlier, in extreme circumstances we may be few minutes behind the schedule, but usually only a couple minutes.

Please also remember !

-Only ONE family per photoshoot !!! This include parents and up to 3 children due to size of the scene.

- please keep an eye on your children during a photoshoot as there is some very expensive equipment in my studio ( which for children may look very attractive)

 

                                        After session 
- 2- 3 working  days after your photoshoot we will create an online gallery from which you will select the one you like the most, on the day we will take between 15-100 photos,usually your gallery will include 30-50 the best images to choose from :) GALLERY WOULD BE ACTIVE FOR 48 HOURS ONLY ! This will speed up my editing to make sure You will get your final images on time .

-If you choose Family Package your digital images would be send to you via downloaded link within 10- 15 days. 

You can add additional fully edited photos to your order for £20/each or/and choose to purchase all photos we took unedited for £150 :)

-Packages cannot be swap after session so please choose which one is best for you

PARKING-  There is one available space on the driveway under 8a number . Please plan your journey 15 min earlier to avoid lateness !
